About Dr Rastogi

Dr Anoop Rastogi has over 30 years of medical and surgical experience, both in Australia and internationally. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine from the University of Newcastle and is a Surgical Fellow of the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine.
Currently, Dr. Rastogi proudly serves as the Surgical Dean and is the immediate past President. Additionally, he is a Surgical Preceptor, playing a key role in training and mentoring future cosmetic surgery practitioners through the College’s surgical training program.
Throughout his career, Dr. Rastogi has contributed extensively to advancing cosmetic surgery standards and education. He has previously held positions as an AHPRA-appointed surgical supervisor, and has contributed to the Australian Medical Council’s Project Advisory Group, advising on programs of study in cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Rastogi has undertaken international fellowships in cosmetic surgery across London, Cambridge, Rome, and Paris, working alongside surgeons including Dr. Anthony Erian, Dr. Georigo Fischer, and Dr. Jean-Luc Bachelier. These formative years provided a strong foundation in surgical techniques, shaping his practice today.
With a career dedicated to patient safety, surgical excellence, and the mentoring of the next generation of doctors, Dr. Rastogi continues to lead his surgical, and medical clinic in Double Bay with integrity, innovation, and compassion.
Introducing the new ACCSM Surgical Dean
Dr Rastogi has recently become the Surgical Dean of the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine (ACCSM) which aims to uphold the industry standard and ensure medical practitioners are operating accordingly. The ACCSM teaches practitioners new skills and techniques to improve their practice and therefore Dr Rastogi understands the importance of training in the field of cosmetic surgery. Previously, Dr Rastogi was the President, and the Vice President and Ethics Subcommittee member and Director of Training of the ACCSM.
